JobFixe respects intellectual-property rights and accepts good-faith requests concerning copyrighted or otherwise protected material appearing on JobFixe.com.

1. Reporting Copyright Concerns

If you believe material on JobFixe infringes your rights, send a notice to contact@jobfixe.com that identifies the protected work, identifies the material and its JobFixe URL, explains the basis of your claim, and provides sufficient contact information for us to respond.

2. Good-Faith Statement

Please state that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

3. Authority

If you submit a request on behalf of another person or organization, confirm that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

4. Review and Removal

We may investigate notices, request additional information, restrict access to material, remove material, or contact the source of the content as appropriate. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal where the claim is incomplete, mistaken, abusive, or where use is otherwise lawful.

5. Counter-Information

Where appropriate and legally permitted, a person affected by a removal may contact us with information showing that the content was removed by mistake or is authorized.

6. Trademarks and Other Rights

For trademark, impersonation, or other rights concerns, provide the relevant registration or ownership information, the affected URL, and an explanation of the issue.

7. Abuse of the Process

Do not knowingly submit false or misleading notices. Rights-enforcement processes may carry legal consequences in some jurisdictions.
