JobFixe aims to help users discover employment opportunities while encouraging safe and informed job searching.
1. Sources and Verification
JobFixe currently imports listings from Himalayas through automated data feeds. Source information and automated processing can contain errors, and updates may be delayed. Publication on JobFixe does not mean that we have independently vetted the employer or verified every claim. Confirm important details and the application destination with the employer or original source.
2. Listing Quality
We may remove, suppress, correct, or decline listings that appear expired, misleading, duplicated, discriminatory, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with our standards. We do not guarantee that every problematic listing will be detected before publication.
3. Job-Seeker Safety
Before applying, verify the employer, domain name, contact person, job location, compensation claims, and application destination. Be cautious when a purported employer requests payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking credentials, passwords, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information before a legitimate need has been established.
4. Fees and Purchases
Browsing and searching for jobs on JobFixe is free. JobFixe does not collect an employer’s application fees through its job-search service. If a third party asks for money, training fees, equipment purchases, deposits, or financial transfers, independently verify the request before proceeding.
5. Equal Opportunity and Prohibited Listings
Listings should comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, labor, and consumer-protection laws. JobFixe may remove content that appears to unlawfully discriminate, deceive users, facilitate exploitation, or misrepresent an employment relationship.
6. Personal Information
Share only information reasonably necessary for a legitimate application. Avoid sending passwords, full banking credentials, or unusually sensitive data through unverified channels.
7. Reporting a Listing
To report a suspicious, expired, misleading, or potentially fraudulent listing, use the contact form or email contact@jobfixe.com and include the listing URL and a short explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information in the report.
8. No Guarantee
Precautions can reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. We do not guarantee that an employer or listing has been independently verified. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating employers and opportunities before sharing information, traveling, paying money, or entering agreements.
