This Privacy Policy explains how JobFixe at jobfixe.com handles information when you browse jobs, use the map, or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form or email contact@jobfixe.com.
1. Job Searches and Applications
You can browse JobFixe without creating a job-seeker account. JobFixe displays job information from external sources, currently including Himalayas, and links to external application destinations. We do not collect your CV or process an employer’s application through the current job-search service. If you apply on another website, that website handles your application under its own privacy policy.
Search terms, selected locations, filters, and map coordinates may appear in page URLs and technical logs. Avoid entering sensitive personal information into the job-search box. Browsing the map does not require you to provide your device’s precise GPS location.
2. Information You Send Us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, topic, and message. A related page or job URL is optional. We use this information to respond to your request, investigate a reported listing, or handle a privacy or rights request.
Messages are sent to the website administrator through email services. They are not published as job listings or sent to employers by the contact form. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents, or a CV unless a specific request makes that information necessary.
3. Technical and Usage Information
Our hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request times, browser and device information, pages requested, referral information, and error logs to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The contact form also uses temporary counters based on hashed IP or email identifiers and message fingerprints to limit spam and repeated submissions.
Google Analytics and Google AdSense are enabled on JobFixe. These services can receive page addresses, IP addresses, device or browser information, and identifiers associated with cookies or similar technologies. Analytics helps us understand website use. AdSense provides advertising and measures ad activity. The information processed depends on the service, browser settings, region, and applicable privacy choices.
4. Advertising, Cookies, and Maps
Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies to show ads based on previous visits to JobFixe or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalize advertising. You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. Turning off personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising or technical data processing.

The job map requests map images from OpenStreetMap tile services. Your browser connects to that provider, which can receive your IP address and technical request information, including the map tiles requested. The OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy describes its handling of that information. JobFixe also stores your map appearance preference in your browser.
5. Why We Use Information

Where a law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: responding to a service you request, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, legal obligations, or consent where it is required for a particular use of data or browser storage. Acknowledging this policy in the contact form is not consent to marketing.
6. Who Receives Information
Contact messages are available to the website administrator and the providers needed to deliver or store email. Hosting and technical providers process information needed to operate their services. Google receives information through its analytics and advertising services; OpenStreetMap receives map requests. We may disclose relevant information when legally required or when necessary to investigate abuse or protect lawful rights.
Providers may process information outside your country. Their policies explain their locations, retention, and transfer arrangements. An external job source or employer receives information when you visit or submit an application on its website, rather than through the JobFixe contact form.
7. Retention and Security
We retain contact correspondence for as long as needed to address the request and any related legal or operational obligations. Copies may remain in the administrator’s mailbox and the email provider’s systems. The contact form’s temporary anti-spam counters expire within one hour; duplicate-message checks and submission receipts use shorter periods. These expiry periods do not delete the emailed message.
Technical logs and provider data follow the retention settings and requirements of the relevant systems. Browser storage lasts until its expiry or until you clear it, as explained in the Cookie Policy. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict information; object to certain processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; or complain to the appropriate data-protection authority. Contact us using the details above and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns you.
You can also use browser privacy controls, Google ad settings, and the options linked in our Cookie Policy. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
9. Children
JobFixe is intended for people seeking employment and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
