Frequently asked questions

Find answers about searching, applying, and managing job shortcuts on JobFixe. For a listing problem, use Contact.

How do I apply for a job?

Open the job and select Apply. The button takes you to the original source or employer application page. JobFixe does not receive resumes or make hiring decisions.

Does Remote mean I can work from any country?

No. Employers may restrict eligible locations, working hours, or other requirements. Read the full original description and confirm eligibility with the employer.

What do Remote, Hybrid, and On-site mean here?

These are working arrangements reported by the source: remote work, a combination of remote and office work, or work at a physical location. JobFixe preserves the source’s arrangement rather than changing it to balance category counts.

Are map positions exact office addresses?

Some positions represent a city; others represent only a country or region. The map shows an approximate indication where precise coordinates are unavailable. Use the listing’s original location details to confirm the workplace.

How do profession categories work?

Navigation groups are derived from source departments, tags, and job titles. They help browsing; the original description remains the reference for the actual duties and qualifications.

How does the pay filter work?

Select an amount, currency, and pay period. Only listings with an explicit currency and period are included. A range matches when its stated upper amount reaches your minimum. JobFixe does not convert currencies or estimate missing salaries.

What does Originally posted filter mean?

It uses the posting date supplied by the source. This may be different from the date a listing became public on JobFixe.

Where are saved jobs stored?

Saved job shortcuts remain in local storage in the current browser on the current device. They do not sync between devices. Remove them on the Saved jobs page or clear this site’s browser storage. Saving does not submit an application or reserve a job.

How often are jobs published?

The publisher allows one new listing every 30 minutes, with a maximum of 48 per UTC day when eligible new jobs are available. Source updates are scheduled daily at 10:00 UTC, with additional queue refills when needed. WordPress background tasks may run later when site requests or hosting scheduling are delayed. No new listing is released if the queue contains no eligible vacancy.

What should I do if a job is closed or suspicious?

Check the original source, then select Report this listing on the JobFixe page. The contact form will include the job link. Explain the issue without sending sensitive personal or financial information.

Can I receive email job alerts?

JobFixe currently does not provide a job-alert subscription. Saved jobs are browser shortcuts; the contact form is for enquiries and listing reports.
