Job Description

We are seeking experienced civilian defense analysts to contribute their specialized expertise to an AI development project focused on military operations, armed conflict, and defense-related decision-making.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated military scenarios, identify factual and analytical inaccuracies, and provide expert feedback to improve AI reasoning, accuracy, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving military operations, armed conflict, and defense planning.
• Assess the accuracy and realism of military capabilities, operational assumptions, and conflict-related analysis.
• Review scenarios involving civilian protection, operational constraints, and the application of International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
• Identify factual errors, flawed reasoning, and unrealistic assumptions.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated content.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Defense Analyst, Military Operations Analyst, Conflict Analyst, or National Security Researcher.
• Background in defense research, military capabilities assessment, conflict analysis, or operational planning.
• Strong understanding of military operations, armed conflict, and defense-related decision-making.
• Ability to evaluate complex scenarios and communicate findings clearly through written analysis.
• Experience working with defense organizations, government agencies, research institutes, think tanks, or international organizations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with International Humanitarian Law (IHL), Rules of Engagement (ROE), or civilian protection is an added advantage.
