Our team is building AI-powered data products and workflow solutions that unlock transparency, efficiency, and insight in private market investments. You’ll join a talented full-stack team of engineers and work on distributed services that are used across the entire ADM engineering stack.</p> <p>Applicants must have, and maintain, the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.</p> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Architect, implement, and maintain engineering solutions to solve complex problems; write well-designed, testable code.</li> <li>Independently deliver high-value projects from design through delivery.</li> <li>Collaborate with product managers on product requirements iterations, design feasibility and user feedback.</li> <li>Learn and promote best engineering practices.</li> <li>Document software functionality, system design, and project plans.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers, provide clear and constructive guidance</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from other teams to resolve technical issues or coordinate dependencies</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience</li> <li>Extensive software engineering experience</li> <li>Track record of leading technical initiatives from design through delivery</li> <li>Comfortable working independently, with a bias for action</li> <li>Strong ownership mentality and drive to solve the most important problems</li> <li>Excel at written and verbal communication</li> <li>Experience with financial services or wealth management operations</li> <li>Experience with object-oriented programming</li> <li>Experience with AWS or another cloud platform</li> <li>Experience with IaC (infrastructure as code), preferably Terraform</li> <li>Experience with gen AI for coding</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Our Values </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>Act Like an Owner - </strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">Think and operate with intention, purpose and care.
